·         I think that meaning behind the song is person signing being in love with a girl that is driving him crazy. He doesn’t think she loves him as much as he does. He wants her to know, but also doesn’t want anyone to know how he is feeling, or ‘let anyone inside’. This is something I wanted to touch on in my video, the idea of loving someone but not being able to tell them or being scared of telling them. When they finally tell them they love them, they regret it, ‘I never should have told you, I never should have let you see inside’.

·         The whole track is 3:50 long, but I would cut it at 3:00. This is because it is right after the bridge section and there is a short instrumental. Because of this I can fade the music out without cutting a line or a lyric. Also the lyrics in the bridge are part of the message I want to focus on so cutting it here would keep attention those particular lyrics.

This is because close up shots encapture the intimacy and closeness that is experienced during a relationship. I also think that reading emotion is important when covering a genre like love so close up shots allow for this. However long shots can also be effective depending on how they are used. For example, they can show how small the subject is compared to the rest of the surroundings however, this emphasises how important the protagonists are to each other. ·          Similarly, to long shots, overhead angles and wide-angle shots give perspective on the storyline and depending on context can emphasis importance. I think that low angle shots are more effective within the love song genre as high angle shots portray a sense of dominance which is not something that is often present in a typical, successful love story.
